This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. For such a reasonable price, I received a spacious and comfortable room with a large wardrobe and a good size bathroom equipped with complimentary toiletries. Secondly, the location was perfect - situated in a calm area, yet well connected to the city center. It was only a 5-minute walk to the metro, which allowed me to easily explore the historic district of the city in just 3 stops. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. One particular staff member, Candida, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. She provided me with complimentary water, showed me where to have breakfast, and even gave me a complimentary coffee and biscuits. Her exceptional service truly made me feel welcome.
No in-room safe or tea-making facilities.

Great location near public transportation and within walking distance to attractions. Clean and modern design throughout the hotel.- Friendly and helpful staff
Some noise from the street and other guests, not ideal for light sleepers. Minor inconveniences like lack of vending machines and power outlets near the working desk.

This brand new boutique hotel has a sleek Scandinavian style and a beautiful courtyard. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the entire facility is spotlessly clean. Great location near public transport, shopping centers, and cafes. Perfect for guests with children.
Felt lucky with the excellent service, nothing was too much trouble.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with great complementary coffee and breakfast. Perfectly located near the tram stop and airport. Super friendly staff and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay.
No in-room amenities, like water bottles or maps, were available. Shower heads in some rooms required adjustment for taller guests to use hands-free.

boavista class inn was a pleasant surprise during my recent stay in porto. the hotel was small and quiet, with a friendly receptionist. the proximity to the douro river and metro station made exploring the city easy.
Breakfast was overpriced.
